I have always enjoyed painting, the simple act of pressing paint onto a canvas seems so unimportant, yet when you step back something magical happens...those lines, swirls and colours turn into a recognizable thing of beauty. I often listen to music for inspiration while I'm painting. I have been told that my paintings have a fantastic energy that lifts the mood and can even promote a feeling of well-being to those who own a piece of my original art! I enjoy hearing comments like that!
